Staff treat you well and the location in Old Quebec beats everywhere else nearby. Rooms vary wildly: some are small and face alleys, others have great views and comfortable beds. The weak shower pressure frustrates guests, but thick walls keep noise out.

Rooms are small and sometimes dirty with poor housekeeping. The hilltop location near old Quebec attractions is excellent, but front desk coverage is inconsistent. Breakfast and lobby atmosphere are nice, though the hotel enforces strict cancellation policies.
