Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, but street-facing ones have significant noise from traffic and ice rink music until 10pm. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location beats everything else nearby within 15 minutes. Skip the expensive buffet breakfast and eat at local cafes instead.

Rooms are spacious with big windows and great city views, though one guest couldn't control the heat properly. The location near Parliament works well for sightseeing, staff are helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. Conferences sometimes fill the hotel, and parking costs extra.
