Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Spa and tour bookings shine, but dining is forgettable and golf cart rentals are overpriced and unreliable. Staff quality varies from exceptional to just okay.

Rooms are clean but suffer from poor soundproofing, so noise from above disrupts sleep. The resort excels at diving with excellent instructors, great beach and pier access, and friendly staff, though some guests report unwelcoming attitudes toward short stays. Restaurant food is good but pricey.

Staff treats you like family and remembers your name. Oceanfront casitas have stunning views and spotless rooms with daily perks like fresh coffee and cookies. Food is excellent, water activities launch straight from the resort, and the place feels intimate with only 60-70 guests.
