Small rooms but recently renovated and spotless. Beds are firm and comfortable. Staff speak English and go out of their way to help. Public bath is tiny and just heated water, not real onsen. Breakfast is hit or miss depending on freshness.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, but the hotel is old with dusty carpets that bother people with allergies. Staff quality varies wildly. The location near Sapporo station works well for transit, though central attractions take 25-30 minutes to reach on foot.

Spacious rooms with great views sit next to Sapporo Station. Staff treat you exceptionally well and breakfast is delicious. One guest heard noise at night, and the 35th floor restaurant's beef disappointed.
