Staff here goes above and beyond, and the riverfront location is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious but aging, with uncomfortable beds and temperamental climate controls. You're paying for the location and service, not the room quality.

Beds and cleanliness are solid, but noise from outside is a major problem. Rooms lack basic amenities like fridges and coffee makers. Staff is friendly and the location is excellent, but bland food and maintenance issues frustrate guests.
