Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good heat, but cleanliness is inconsistent—hair on sheets, mold forming in shower, dated fixtures. You'll hear noise from upstairs unless on top floor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location in village center is excellent. Check if the pool and hot tub are actually open before booking.

Rooms come with a private jacuzzi, fireplace, balcony, and kitchenette that guests actually use and love. The bed is comfortable, staff go out of their way to help, and the location puts you steps from restaurants and shops. You get excellent value for a Whistler hotel.
