Staff are helpful and the included breakfast is decent though limited. The location and amenities justify the price, though one elevator was down during visits and valet parking requires self-service.

Rooms come with a private jacuzzi, fireplace, balcony, and kitchenette that guests actually use and love. The bed is comfortable, staff go out of their way to help, and the location puts you steps from restaurants and shops. You get excellent value for a Whistler hotel.
