Great harbor views and excellent staff make this hotel worth it, but request a high floor to escape noise from the open lobby design. Beds are comfortable and the location puts you near restaurants. Toilets run small and booking staff can be frustrating.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with a comfortable bed. Service quality swings wildly depending on which staff member helps you, from genuinely warm and professional to rude and dismissive. The location near the harbor is excellent.

Location works well for Inner Harbor access, but the hotel needs renovation. Rooms are spacious with dated furnishings and cleanliness issues like hair and stains. Staff quality varies wildly, valet is great but front desk is overwhelmed and unwelcoming. Skip the expensive valet parking and use the $5 garage instead.
