Staff genuinely care and go out of their way to help. Rooms are large and comfortable with good views, though some need renovation. Food quality varies - breakfast eggs come cold sometimes, but restaurants and dining options satisfy most guests. The beach looks beautiful but you can't swim there. Entertainment and activities keep people engaged.
