Rooms are small and outdated with poor water pressure and weak heating. Bathrooms are cramped with drainage issues. The location near the plaza is great but brings traffic noise. Staff and housekeeping are friendly, though some restaurant staff are rude. Good value for the price if you don't mind these issues.
