Rooms vary wildly: some guests loved the size and views while others found them outdated, small, and dirty. Staff excel and make the experience special, but elevators break down often and the Olives restaurant serves tough meat slowly. The Nile views, pools, and breakfast redeem the stay for most guests.

Rooms are small, dated, and worn with thin walls that let noise through, old bathrooms, and temperamental key cards. Staff are genuinely warm and helpful. The location on the Nile is excellent for sightseeing, breakfast is great, and you get nice views if you book a higher floor facing the river.
