Rooms vary wildly. Some guests found them large and clean with good WiFi, while others reported dirty sheets, stained covers, hard beds, and musty smells even after housekeeping changes. Front desk staff are inconsistent and sometimes rude. The 5-star rating doesn't match reality.

Rooms are spacious with good views, but cleanliness fails consistently. One elevator regularly breaks down, forcing long waits or stair use. Maintenance requests get ignored, AC and appliances malfunction, and staff readiness at check-in is unreliable.
