Clean, modern rooms with good beds and showers. Breakfast included and excellent. Staff treated most guests well but one guest reported discriminatory treatment based on race and nationality.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ocean views where you can spot whales. Food quality is good across multiple restaurants, though dinner waits happen around 6:15pm and housekeeping is inconsistent. Staff ranges from excellent to unfriendly depending on who you encounter.
