Staff are responsive and helpful, breakfast impresses, location works well for Venice. Rooms are clean but bathroom ventilation causes mold. Be cautious leaving valuables unattended as the hotel handled a lost jewelry incident poorly.

Rooms lack high-tech amenities and in-room coffee stations, but canal-facing ones offer exceptional lagoon views. Early morning boat noise disturbs some guests. The hotel's grand architecture, terrace breakfast, and attentive staff make up for modest room features. Breakfast buffet is small.

Rooms are clean and comfortable but plain. The staff goes out of their way to help, restaurant food is excellent, and the pool and gym are well-maintained. It's conveniently located near Marco Polo Airport with bus access to Venice, though getting there from Treviso Airport is difficult at night.

Central location near major sights with clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are small but quiet with canal views. Book for warm months only since AC turns off October through spring and rooms get stifling hot.
