The Omni treats celebration guests exceptionally well with complimentary champagne, desserts, and attentive service. Rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent downtown views. Staff consistently go above and beyond to make special occasions memorable.

Rooms are spacious and clean but have serious noise problems from poor soundproofing and loud groups. Temperature controls don't work well. Staff ranges from friendly to dismissive, and security lapses with housekeeping leaving doors open happened. The hotel has lots of amenities but feels more clinical than warm.

Rooms are spacious with bold artistic designs, comfortable beds, and nice city views, though some guests found the modern styling awkward with loose outlets and open showers. Staff and food are excellent. The neighborhood lacks nearby restaurants and walkability.
