Rooms are small and noisy, especially near doors and courtyards. You'll hear neighbors' toilets and late-night partying. Staff quality varies widely and some don't speak English. Beds are comfortable, cleanliness is decent, and the location works for nightlife access.

The location is walkable and staff are friendly, but expect a worn-down property with serious issues: no hot water, noise from events until past 1am, small uncomfortable rooms without AC, tiny bathrooms that don't get cleaned properly, and freezing pool water. Breakfast is good but the hotel needs major renovation.
