The hotel is currently under renovation, so shared areas feel incomplete and the pool and restaurant are unavailable or inconsistent. Staff quality varies widely, from excellent to inattentive, and service details like coffee orders and room amenities are hit or miss.

Spacious, clean rooms with stunning lake views and excellent breakfast come standard. Staff goes out of their way to help. The steep hill back from town is a real hassle, roadside rooms get AC noise, and the gym is tiny, but guests love this place anyway.
