Rooms are small but comfortable with stunning modern design, though the open shower splashes everywhere and concrete floors get slippery when wet. Noise from the adjacent club bleeds in until 2am. Staff goes above and beyond, food and drinks excel, but wifi reception can be weak upstairs.

Staff quality swings wildly depending on who serves you. The location in San Jose is excellent and the pool stays quiet and warm. Expect inconsistent service, weak loyalty perks, and slow restaurant operations despite the beautiful property.
