Mattresses wear out fast and management won't move you to fix it. Rooms are small and basic with thin walls that let street noise through. Staff tries hard but the hotel charges top dollar while cutting corners on bedding, cleanliness, and amenities. Location near the harbour and train station is the only real plus.
