Rooms are small and clean but lack balconies. Staff delivers exceptional service and go way above and beyond. The location near the airport and mall works well, though occasional pipe noise happens and pools close without advance notice.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good lighting, but showers have poor water pressure and visible mold issues, bathroom sinks drain slowly, and thin walls let you hear neighbors. Front desk staff are inconsistent, ranging from rude and unhelpful to friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is solid and airport location is convenient, but the hotel shows its age and needs maintenance.
