Rooms are old with broken AC, leaky fridges, and dirty bathrooms. Check-in takes hours, staff are unhelpful, and the front desk is chaotic. The beach location and buffet food are the only redeeming features.

Rooms are small and clean but have maintenance problems: flickering lights, peeling laminate flooring, broken bathroom tiles, and shower doors that leak. Musty smells linger in halls and rooms. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good, but the hotel cuts off breakfast service early even for guests with it included.
