Rooms are spacious and clean with good beds and hot water, but thin walls let in street noise. Staff are friendly initially but ignore requests later. Plumbing sometimes breaks and maintenance is inconsistent. Location near shops and cathedral is excellent.

Hotel Morales delivers solid comfort in a great historic location with friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. Standard rooms are spacious and clean but lack fridges and can feel tight for three people. One guest had unresolved wifi issues, and the neighborhood gets sketchy late at night on one side of the hotel.
