The rooftop and El Poblado location are excellent, but noise from ground-floor nightlife penetrates rooms on lower floors, so request a room away from the street if you're a light sleeper. Book this place if you want action and don't mind a party atmosphere.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed with great views from higher floors. The rooftop bar, gym, and central El Poblado location draw guests in, but staff excellence really sets this place apart. Breakfast disappoints while other meals shine.

Rooms are old and need renovation with spotty wifi that fails for work. Overbooking creates chaos and staff won't help fix their mistakes. Loud noise at night, empty building, and they charge extra for basics like water and laundry detergent.
