Beds divide guests sharply: some find them very comfortable, others say they sink and feel awful. Rooms are clean and modern but staff forgets towels and miss basic maintenance like broken lights. Showers have temperature control problems. The location in El Poblado works well, but the hotel charges for bottled water and overprices food.

Rooms are small and beds are uncomfortably tiny with missing linens and blankets. Staff quality varies widely, from attentive to passive aggressive, and front desk ignores emails. The location near the museum is excellent and breakfast is good, but the hotel has cut amenities compared to before.
