Great location for Gainbridge events and downtown access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms vary widely: some are spacious with excellent AC and beds, but lighting is poor in many rooms and some have maintenance issues like water stains and missing bathroom soap.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds and pillows. Location downtown is excellent and walkable. Staff quality varies widely, some are helpful while others are rude, and housekeeping sometimes ignores do-not-disturb signs. Valet parking costs $40 per night.
