Rooms are small but clean with firm beds and flimsy pillows. Expect some noise from bathrooms and occasional hot water problems. Staff excel at service, breakfast impresses daily, and the location near town center feels safe and walkable.

The staff treats you exceptionally well and the free breakfast impresses guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, though lighting could be better and Junior Suites have small TVs. The rooftop pool and central location make this a solid choice for exploring Oaxaca.

Location near the Zocalo is excellent and worth the premium price. Rooms vary wildly: some guests love the space and comfort, others report bad smells, hard beds, and poor ventilation. Staff quality swings from attentive to indifferent, and the restaurant serves inconsistent food.

Book a room away from ground floor and staff areas or you'll wake at 6am to loud noise. Many rooms lack windows and proper lighting. The location is excellent and AC works well, but the hotel feels outdated for the price, with poor WiFi and basic amenities.
