Beds are comfortable, rooms stay clean, and the location is excellent. WiFi doesn't work well in rooms. Staff quality varies wildly at the bar, though reception and activity organizers are consistently helpful. Dorms near the entrance get loud despite quiet hours enforcement.

Hotel Azul excels at service and food but has real downsides. Rooms open to a loud courtyard with early bird noise and weak soundproofing. The bed is high and hard to access, though comfortable once you're in it.

Clean comfortable rooms but thin walls let you hear everything from neighbors. Great location with excellent food and friendly staff. Poor choice for business travel or anyone needing quiet.

Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and good showers. Location in city center is excellent. Noise can be an issue at night, especially near communal bathrooms, so bring earplugs. Staff and cafe are friendly and good value overall.
