Spacious clean rooms with good bathrooms and a nice pool on the 9th floor. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. One guest found a brown stain on sheets and another had a major dispute over postage costs for a lost iPad.

One guest experienced a serious security breach when the hotel double-booked their room and left them waiting hours for another.
