Gorgeous jungle and beach setting with spacious, beautifully designed rooms, though windows leak when it rains. Staff gives excellent service overall but housekeeping needs reminding. Restaurant food is pricey and inconsistent, so eat breakfast there and skip dinner.

Rooms are clean and modern with good lighting control, though solo travelers might find them cramped and storage limited. The rooftop pool and bar are excellent, but noise from events carries into rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful, though one guest faced a serious water and AC outage that went unresolved.
